FAQs

Common questions about the FVC Token presale, participation requirements, governance rights, token distribution, regulatory compliance, and exchange listings. If you need additional support, please get in touch with our team.

The FVC Token is a utility and governance token that underpins the FVC ecosystem. It is designed to give holders a role in a community-governed treasury model that funds Web3 development companies and traditional UK businesses. Governance is off-chain today. Token holder voting on funding proposals is planned as the governance framework rolls out (see the roadmap).

The presale is designed to raise initial capital to build the FVC treasury, fund early platform development, and support partnerships, marketing, and exchange listings. Early participants in the presale gain access to discounted token pricing and future platform benefits.

To participate, visit our official website and complete the registration process. Once your wallet is verified, you’ll receive instructions on how to contribute using approved cryptocurrencies USDT, USDC or ETH on Ethereum mainnet. Please ensure you only use wallets you control (not exchange wallets) to receive your FVC tokens.

The minimum investment for the presale is $250, and the maximum allocation per participant may vary by presale phase and jurisdictional restrictions. Institutional or strategic investors may request larger allocations by contacting our team directly.

Tokens are allocated on-chain at the time of purchase, either directly to your wallet or into the vesting contract, depending on the terms of your round. Vested tokens can be claimed from the vesting contract as they unlock.

FVC Token holders are intended to gain access to:

  • Governance rights: voting on selected funding and treasury decisions as the governance framework rolls out.

  • Participation in treasury-backed funding proposals once governance is live.

  • Early access to Web3 and blockchain-based projects funded by the treasury.

  • Staking rewards once staking goes live. Rewards are designed to come from the revenue of funded businesses, are variable and are not guaranteed.

FVC Asset Group Ltd is structured in the British Virgin Islands (BVI), and the token structure is based on a legal opinion from Legal Bison. The FVC token is a utility token and is not presented as a guaranteed investment or a guarantee of returns. FVC is not currently regulated by a financial regulator; it plans to pursue UK-regulated status in 2028 to 2029 as the framework matures. The token is not available in the United States or Canada; see our Restricted Jurisdictions Policy.

Exchange listings are planned after the token generation event (TGE), starting with decentralised exchange liquidity pools and later centralised exchanges. There is no fixed timetable yet. Announcements will be made through our official channels once confirmed.

FVC does not charge interest. Funding is provided through revenue-sharing agreements and treasury-backed grants, so returns depend on the performance of funded businesses rather than a predetermined interest rate. A Shariah advisor has been engaged to review the model. Any formal Shariah certification will be announced on this website.
